  • Choose a tree you'd like to develop a relationship with, over the next moons. Sit with this tree 3x a week - or everyday if you are in a state of heightened anxiety right now - breathing with it, anchoring your roots in it, and receiving from Mother Earth with this tree as your helper. Offer the tree gratitude in return, through ceremony, song, a piece of your hair, etc. Do not leave your tree until you feel grounded, supported + connected to Mother Earth, no matter how long that takes. Do not bring your phone / technology. 
     
  • Practice some of the guided mediations Im including below. I will be sending a few more, after our next ceremony. If you resonate with the meditations, practice one at least every other day, if not every day. If you don't love the meditations, find another one or 2 on YouTube, where you can meditate with Mother Earth.
