Initiations Open Me Wide

oceanlove.png

Initiations open me wide

Snowy mountains
And great pyramids
Ancient roads
And modern vistas

With these two feet I walk
Feeling the energy of life pulse through
Opening all the places
I've been saying 'No'

And in this awareness
I feel there's so much more to go

My prayer rings out

Release all the parts of me
That cling to pain

I'm ready to dance the dance
And find immense pleasure
In the pouring rain

I imagine days gone past...

IMG_0451.jpg

Walking around this small medieval town
I imagine days gone past
Where beauty was honoured and valued
Craftsmanship was of high quality
Stones built into buildings
Stand for hundreds of years
Details everywhere I look
Feel romantic and luxurious

And then I remember
These buildings were built
Even before the witch trials
Herbalists and healers
Were dragged out of these homes
And burnt alive
Simply for the crime
Of being powerful women

So then I'm grateful
And wonder what it will take
To have beauty and freedom merge
Imagining a future
Where it all comes together
Where all live in peace
Where all live in beauty

May we create this time

Right here

Right now

The King Lives Within

IMG_9938.jpg

And there it is

The part of me

That can feel your lips

On mine

Tantalizing me

Of a future

I cannot yet see

But there in that moment

I have a choice

To put my energy outward

And search in longing

Or to call upon my warrior within

Proud brave and true

He lives inside me

Just like you

I call upon him to merge

With my feminine essence

Knowing I am male and female

And as I bring him in

Call him out

He teaches me

I don't need you

I want you

But I don't need you

There is a difference

Oh my dear

There is

A big

Difference

And so I will play

Getting to know the man within

For he'll always be with me

He is my true King

He embodies all

All the masculinity there is

And you

Are a function

Of Him

Not to diminish you

For your light is true

But to claim you as King

Would not be real

For the King and the Queen

Already live

Happily in my heart

It is I who must feed them

And make sure

They're never apart

The water is turquoise and perfect. ~ His amber eyes are full of presence

IMG_0139.jpg

You know those moments
Where everything just falls into place

The water is turquoise and perfect
His amber eyes are full of presence
The sun hits my skin just right
And it feels a little
Like heaven

And yet
You know it's fleeting
Life will continue to flow
This way and that
And the moment slips through our fingers
Never meant to last
Because life
Does not work like that

I decided
Today
I would not worry
or fret
About what was
Or what is to be

But I would let myself understand
That it is me
That makes life
Happy

I am the center
Of all I live
And in every moment
I choose to see
Divine perfection

Deciding not to long for days past
But to embrace the tides

Years ago
I would have been content
To dwell
In longing

But I'm changed now
I know too much
Life is too good
To waste
Longing for
What was

Let's open to the flow
It's only natural for things to go
But this moment offers everything
Just as it always has

Just as it always will

Enter Your Divine Ray ~ Let The Shadows Ignite With Love

The Divine ray has come,

To pierce through all of

your illusions,

The ways you cling to your shame and cry,
"Not me! Not I! I have wronged!
I am not whole, not innocent!"
The shadow, perceived as deeply real,
As deeply right,
And you,
Deeply sure,
That you,
Are not enough.

You await when the divine ray will come deeper,
And see,
The truth of who you are,
Of what you hold deep within,
And turn away in disgust,
Huffing and hawing as it whispers,
"Not you, you are not ready,
For the feast of unconditional love,
You are not Pure,
Enough."

And yet,
When the time came,
For the Divine ray to illuminate all of your shadows,
She turned to look at you,
Awake in Her beauty,
And instead cried,
"Oh! My child!
This,
Is gold to me,
Thank you"

And then, she swept you,

On a tide of gold, red, and white,

To the infinite bounty

of your beauty,

Showing you,
That in truth,
You are deeply human,
And deeply not,

And your shadows,
Are the compost,
That will heal the world,
When transmuted.

Thank you for your shadows sweet sisters and brothers,
The time has come,
That we may set them free,

And be washed in love.

Kali I Hear You

Kali, I hear you,
Soft and sweet against my ear,
Is what you are not.

A raging cascade of emotion,
Unafraid of it's power,
Rising stronger and stronger,
Until illusions are cut clear.

Bathe me in clear sight,
Give me the power of the dark night,
I will be your willing servant,
And in this offer, I too, bow.

For our human egos must be slayed,
A facade, causing ruin, to our perfect days,

And in this quest, the truth will rise,
Never afraid of packaged lies.

The force of you in me,
Is all I hear,
So let us be one,
Let us stare at the fear.

Kali-Ma, Your Snake Wraps Around Me

Kali-ma
They feast on illusions,
Drunk with lies,
They're convinced, will keep them,
Safe.

Kali-ma
Your snake wraps around me tight,
It won't let me sleep at night,
Until the fire in my belly,
Is one with the flame of truth.

Kali-ma
The way they deny it angers me,
The primal yearnings,
The kindergarden learnings,
Of what not to do,
And how not to act.

Kali-ma
Eat me alive, chew me whole,
I am your willing victim,
Your princess of the night.

Kali-ma
Eat me up, and spit me out
Until in the truth,
We find delight.

Intense Like the Monsoon Rains

Intense.

It runs in her veins.
She's tries to cradle it.
To hide it + keep it.
But like a raging river swelling up higher,
In the monsoon's all encompassing rains,
Her fierce determination to feel,
Is all there is,
Is all there will ever be.

It will take her over,
Eat her up,
Spit her out,
Ravage her soul,
Uproot her life.

And there on the ground lying,
Thirsty for understanding,
Broken with despair,
She rises,
And without a pause,
She'll keep walking,
She doesn't care.

Because She knows there is a place,
Beyond time and space,
That She is serving.

The echoes of her family,
Etheric, but real as can be,
Ripple in and open her,
To her mission,

Of raw authenticity.
