From 3D to 5D, with the Blue Ray

I went to go sit with one of my favourite trees today, in the park a few minutes walk from my house, here in South Africa.

As I sat with the tree, I focused my energy on the crystalline ley lines of Gaia. The 5D high vibrational, loving web of light, that's inside this planet, and encompasses it.

Most of our gazes are encouraged to look towards the 3D matrix. This is a false matrix that resonates with limitation and separation.

I choose to remember. I choose to remember myself as a crystalline being of light, and so, I went to sit with this tree to tune into the true reality. As I breathed up crystalline energy from the earth, the tree showed me a vision of what the land around me actually looked like from a higher perspective. All the trees were connected and lit up with diamond crystalline sparkles of light ~ it was a network of love and connection. Kind of like a tree festival, where everyone's invited! They really do live in their own 5D-and-above world!

I breathed these frequencies up from the earth, into my root and sacral - the places within me that have the most resistance to letting go of trauma and stored tension - and intended that my meridians would open up to receive this light.

I felt myself open as I received the Divine Mother and her crystalline energy, and I started to relax. I felt myself expansive, and free ~ as me. These are the times I feel most connected… and then from there, I take what I've learned and seen, and bring it to the world, with the intention to activate more people to be able to see and feel the true reality.

So… Let's break it down for a moment, because I know you're on this mission with me… 3D + 5D, this is currently what they mean to me:

3D:

A false matrix imposed around the Earth, and into our minds - which is programmed with the main belief of: I am separate. ‘I am separate from Source. I am separate from health. I am separate from abundance. I must work towards those things and chase them, as no one is taking care of me.’ The law of attraction still very much works here, but the collective consciousness and webs of ley lines have long been infiltrated, so that people belief in lack and separation, and therefore, they create, and see more of it.

5D:

Unity consciousness. We can see + feel the true love reality from here. All beings understand: “I am one with Source.” It's not a place. It's a vibration. A vibration of full and total abundance, peace, health, and unconditional love for all. Earth is already in 5D. (Although the vast majority of humans are not) From what I currently understand, she actually never left 5D. 3D was imposed on her, so that 3D and 5D exist simultaneously. That explains why when we go into nature, and totally disconnect from technology, we feel so much better, more free, and we can breathe more deeply. We're connecting with her true 5D-and-above frequencies.*

*(These are my current words for these dimensions, please only take whats resonates)

We are the rainbow bridges to bring the collective from 3D into 5D. And of course, we start with ourselves.

What then - is one of the most effective tools we can work with to slice through the illusions of 3D, and unveil the truth of 5D?

Well… for me… that's the Blue Ray.

I've worked with the colour rays for many years. Rose Quartz, Emerald, Diamond White, Ruby Red, the list goes on…

And from my personal experience, what I'll share is that the Blue Ray is the lightning sword of the rays. It's the one that most powerfully cuts through illusion - with incredible clarity and diamond precision.

There's a reason Archangel Michael is depicted with a sword. Michael/a is the Archangel of the Blue Ray (among many other blue ray angels). And so the sword is a symbol for the power of the Blue Ray of Source and what it can do.

It can clear illusion and fear, return it to unconditional love - and guide our eyes to see the truth again.

And so… working with the Blue Ray, is a powerful force in our quest to vibrate with 5th dimensional frequencies.

Full Moon in Cancer Ritual

As a Cancer mermaid baby myself, I am feeeeeling this moon! It's not always that I do a Full Moon ritual, but today I felt super connected to the moon, and did so.

So I'm going to share with you my ritual today, so you can get inspired on how to create your own intentional ceremonies, whether they're on the Full Moon, or at some other time!

But first, before we dive into the ceremony, I want to touch base about this Full Moon.

This moon, as you may know, is water, she's emotion, she's depth. What I want you to understand however, is this moon's connection with the Divine Mother.

Cancer is Mother. She is the ocean, and she's ruled by the moon. Sirius is also in the constellation of Cancer, which is where the whales and dolphins live as their homebase in our galaxy. Today, we have a strong watery transmission from the Divine Mother, emanating through the Moon.

That means that your Mother wounds around not feeling safe, not feeling loved, loveable, not feeling innocent, or anything else connected to the Divine Mother ~ will likely come up at some point ~ whether that was in the past few days, or the next 1 or 2.

Our relationship with the Divine Mother is at the core of every aspect of our lives.

From money (milk and honey money from the Mother, the Mother of all Life! Do you let in her sustenance?), to our relationships (feeling worthy of being loved and seen in our essence) - this Divine Mother connection is at the core of it all.

So please know, that anything you're experiencing right now in terms of your emotions or your feelings of safety or lack thereof - is about more than just this moment.

The Divine Mother transmitting through, and as, the Full Moon in Cancer, is showing you something deep within you, that wants to be held and loved. Seen. Expressed. The trigger is only the trigger. The wound is ancient - the belief you are separate from the Divine Mother, or that she abandoned you. And our work today, and always, is to ask for Divine Mother's love to fill us, so that we can remember the truth. We're held. Always. Loved. Infinitely. One with all of creation. A jewel in the Divine's eye. Eternal.

Now, let's dive into this ritual I created today. Full Moons are typically a time to let go, and as we're working with water when we're in Cancer, letting go also seems appropriate because water wants to flow unobstructed. Letting go of density helps the light-water that's all around us and in us, to flow. Being in divine flow = a life of love and abundance.

Here's the Full Moon ritual I created today:

1. I opened Sacred Space. I called in Mother Father God, the Ascended Masters and Angels I work with, and Gaia. I asked my Higher Self to fill my cells. I welcomed in the Dolphins and Whales.

2. I wrote down all the things I wanted to release, on a nice turquoise paper that reminded me of water (any paper will do though). I stated at the top, ON THE FULL MOON IN CANCER, THIS IS WHAT I'M RELEASING. I authentically wrote all the places I felt stuck and out of alignment and confused and angry, and all of it, and then I wrote, I RELEASE IT.

3. I got out a pot that can handle fire, and went outside. I invoked all the elements, and lastly invoked fire, as I lit a candle. I then invoked the Sapphire Blue Flames and the Violet Flame in to burn through me and around me as I spoke all I was releasing out loud (These flames transmute dense energy, if I speak out things I want to release, I want to do it intentionally, so that the clear direction is to release them, not manifest them) I read what I was releasing, and burned the paper, throwing it into the pot as it burned. I felt the discordant energies being burned up inside of me, in the fire.

4. I then put on my water playlist on Soundcloud, and danced. I breathed into my body deeply, feeling my breath moving around my body, releasing all that's been stuck. I imagined water flowing through my breathe and flowing through me, releasing the stagnation.

I then closed the ceremony.

Ps. *MOON WATER* While I was doing all of this, I was drinking moon water I'd prepared the night before - I put out filtered water in a glass jar, with a small moonstone in it. Then I gathered it in the morning and blessed the water. Voila! High vibrational crystalline moon water!

Honestly none of this felt rigid. It just felt like normal flow. It wasn't overly formal, it was just a natural movement of one thing to the next. Your ceremonies don't have to feel like you are 'getting it right'. If you don't have time to do the full ritual above, but you like it, just pull out one or two elements and know it's enough!

Blue Ray Manifestation Teachings

Who Am I To Teach This Work?

I've been in Crete, a sacred Goddess island in Greece for the last week, and everything is finally slowing down in my life. After being in perpetual summer for the last 8 months, through Costa Rica, Mexico, NYC, and the Greek Islands ~ Fall is here, Samhain is just days away, and I have the space to really feel into those niggling feelings, that were easier to ignore, while I was constantly moving around from place to place.

As I prepare to launch my new journey The New Earth Entrepreneur, I've noticed I've been stalling.

Ideally, by now, I would have opened the energetic space with ceremony, and I'd have been working on the invitation page, to invite people into the experience.

But not a whole lot has gotten done.

Today I felt into the resistance.

I heard this voice come up from my lower chakras ~ which I've been hearing for days now say ~ who am I to hold space for The New Earth Entrepreneur? The true template of the New Earth Entrepreneur has fully plugged in to Source for all their needs. They recognize they ARE Source, and live courageously and confidently from that place of Source light. They're no longer plugged into 3D patriarchal business models ~ of seeking validation from social media likes, and of seeking feelings of safety from the numbers in their bank account. They're a pure conduit for Source Light, and so is their business.

I know ~ while I can feel this template within my being ~ I still have so much unlearning and untangling to do, before I'm an embodiment of that being.

So “WHYYY”, this aching feeling inside of me said ~ “Am I the one whose being asked to hold space for this work?! How can I possibly hold a whole program around this, if I'm not fully there yet?”

So I put on my ‘Sensual Slow Dance’ playlist and I just let my body move. I let her speak. I let her express the pain of that question, and the resistance of where I am on my journey. And after just a few minutes, a clear voice spoke to me.

It was my soul.

She said "BETH ~ Do you think Kaia fully activated her crystalline genome, before she started teaching about it, and how to turn it on?

Well… no.

Do you think Alize fully healed her womb, before she started holding space for other women to go on their womb healing journeys?

Hmmm… no.

Do you think Tori healed every ancestral wound, before she started teaching others how to heal their ancestral traumas?

Ummm… no.

“Well there you go."

I realized that the teachers who I've learned so much from ~ I haven't transformed from their teachings because they are embodiments of the FULL AND TOTAL HEALING of that thing they teach about.

I learn from them because they are authentically devoted to being a student of that line of work, their Higher Self has guided them to.

I recognize that I've been DEVOTED to unlearning 3D business programming, and a new paradigm in business, money, and healing, for YEARS. I've transformed SO much, from this path, and I've helped hundreds of other souls along the way.

As I swayed my hips, and felt my soul's assuredness still pulsating within me ~ I recognized that I was the ideal person to be teaching this work.

Not because I'm the living embodiment of what it means to have entirely activated The New Earth Entrepreneur codes.

But because I'm authentically devoted to the path.

Because I've been walking the path for years.

And because these are the codes my Higher Self is downloading through my body.

My Higher Self holds this template, and I'm here receiving it on this planet.

Bit by bit, I become more activated in this new way of being ~ in business, and in life.

I share this, in case you've had similar moments. Of questioning ~ Should I really be teaching this? Am I a fraud? Is my work legitimate?

Angel ~ If you are devoted to walking the path you teach from ~ authentically ~ and you've already experienced transformation from that lineage of healing… then yes. You are legitimate in your teaching of it. You are safe in receiving for it. For as long as you continue to walk that path with authenticity and devotion ~ YOU are who SHOULD be teaching it!

The patriarchal underbelly of the spiritual coaching industry

I think when we’re marketing online, it’s important to ask ourselves, “How do I want to make people feel?”

I know, I know…

This goes against the whole “I’m empowered, I don’t care what people think, it doesn’t matter how I make people feel, it matters I speak my truth!” kind of vibe.

But here’s where I’m coming from…

I want to help people to feel like they’re already good enough. Right here right now. I want to help people ADORE themselves, and the Source light within them.

The thing is: I see a lot of people posting from a shadow place... That shadow WANTS to feel good enough, so the ego overemphasizes what it thinks makes it loveable ~ and ends up making people feel diminished when they post ~ ego speaking to ego.

For example… this vibe is really in right now…

“OMG I made $20k this month!! Look at my amazing life right now! Oh my god don’t you kind of wish you were me living this life??? No problem just sign up for my course!”

Now… the person sharing in this vibe may deep down want to serve people, and support people. And I’m not saying that all people who share their wins + amazing numbers are coming from this place.

However… a lot of them are, if we’re being real.

When we look at how this energy might make people feel, the answer may be…

It will likely make people feel like they haven’t accomplished enough, and they need to make some moves to be anywhere other than where they are. Where they are isn’t good enough. They need to change their life.

I believe that it’s this subconscious, and not so subconscious message that’s been at the foundation of patriarchal marketing.

“You’re not where you should be ~ buy this and that will change.”

So it’s not surprising these deeply ingrained templates are carrying into the spiritual coaching realm.

That’s why I said… I think it’s important we pause and ask,”How would I like people to feel in my presence?”

Is our marketing coming from a place of true empowerment ~ to likewise activate a place of true empowerment in our audience?

Or is it ego speaking to ego?

I’m not saying we need to diminish ourselves, or not share our wins. I’m saying… how can we communicate in a way that also respects that the person is just as gorgeous and beautiful and powerful as we are, in this now moment?

How can we speak in a way that highlights our unity, our power, and our shared inherent abundance?

Personally I’m really interested in conversations that uplift all beings. I’m ready to see the fall of hierarchal based programming and marketing.

Feeling not enough?

“Thank you Higher Self for transmuting the places I feel like I’m not enough, and where I feel like I’m not doing enough.”

…I was just having a moment of comparing myself to someone, and that unsettling feel of ‘not enoughness’ came up.

The moment I became aware of it, I said the prayer above. Multiple times.

This is my flow now. When I encounter difficult feelings or patterns - rather than stew in them, or try to devise an elaborate way out of them - I just ask my Higher Self to clear them.

Being human is a crazy enough ride as it is. I’m not going to add to that by spending an hour on every difficult emotion or pattern that comes up, trying to figure out the root of it and how to heal it. If I did that I would spend my whole life engulfed in old patterns + masterminding how to heal them.

That is not my human self’s responsibility.

That is the job of my divinity.

Guess what - Your Higher Self is here to do the heavy lifting for you. 🦋

You don’t have to know what the root of every issue you have is. You just need to ask your Higher Self to heal it - and spend time communing with your Higher Self daily. If you need to know anything about an issue’s roots or take certain action steps to heal it - your Higher Self will tell you in communion. Other than that - ask for help, let it go, and love yourself. 💕

Watch the next time you encounter a yucky feeling or pattern - what do you usually do about it?

Next time this happens - I invite you to take a deep breath, feel into it first, honour it with love - and then ask, out loud, for your Higher Self to transmute it. Ask as many times as you want, in as many ways as you want. When I’m in a sticky place I’ll spend many many minutes praying for help out loud. 🙏

(Please note, there ARE many occasions where you truly need to FEEL the pain and breathe, before you’re ready to get into full-prayer mode. Your Higher Self will still guide you to know when it’s time for what)

Before we incarnated...

This feels like my story... is it yours too?

You are floating in your light body, brilliant as can be. You are getting ready for you next incarnation on Earth. There are many with you - they are your soul family - and in front of you, is Archangel Michael.

He's sending you waves of energy for your mission, reminding you what it's all about.

You know you'll forget this. The amnesia when coming into a human body in the time period you're going into - is intense.

You know you might even scoff at the idea that angels exist, for a time, once you're in a body and start to grow up. You know you'll see things that as some points of your journey, that will make your human self question the existence of an all loving creator force, at all.

It's an intense journey. Only the bravest were chosen. And then - we were prepared.

Our final moments are here - as we prepare for our descent into time and space.

You hold powerful crystalline angelic frequency. You know a huge part of your mission is to re-awaken to it, once you get into the matrix. And as you activate the crystalline energy of your DNA, you'll be doing it for all beings.

Archangel Michael will always be with you - that's a guarantee. But he won't be able to truly step in and support you in the ways you've agreed to - until you've woken up and begun to actively work with him again.

You know there are different soul groupings and soul missions. Though all light beings connect with Archangel Michael in some way - this is his legion.

His loving angelic army, if you will. And you're apart of it.

All of the souls you're with have specific agreements with Archangel Michael. We will be opening to specific frequencies and disseminating angelic blue light, at the appointed times. We will be working with the star system Sirius, and the masters of light there, too.

Some will forget their mission entirely, but you are determined not to. You love Archangel Michael so deeply, you love the Earth so profoundly, you desire to see all beings free so powerfully - that you are determined to remember, to rise, and to work with the Blue Ray that you hold in your essence.

An AHA moment from self-pleasure

This morning I had such a powerful self-pleasure / healing session. Is talking about masturbation taboo? Yes. But it shouldn’t be. Because self-pleasuring, when done consciously, has been one of the most deeply healing practices of my life. It’s helped me unlock so much trauma, and understand myself so much more.

This morning, during that self-pleasure session, an awakening that has been building for a while, came into full focus.

I recognized that as a child, I was constantly suppressed creatively. Really, I just wanted to dance around, sing, and play on the earth. What I ended up doing was waking up to sit in a cold, hard desk, for 8 hours, 5 days a week, and told to shut up, and sit still, essentially. This is likely your story as well.

Over the past few days, I’ve had some AHA moments, about how this societal lifestyle deeply affected me. My inner child’s creativity has been so suppressed.

And today, in that self-pleasure session, I was able to clearly see:

INNER CHILD CREATIVITY = SUPPRESSED,

leads to

SEXUALITY = SUPPRESSED.

The question has been… after all this inner work within myself, and so much self-love, why haven’t I been able to find a sexy + GOOD f*kn man, who can meet me where I’m at, and meet me sexually in the pure + real spaces I operate in.

Oh… this.

SEXUAL SUPRESSION.

Because my inner child was shut down and told not to play - my adult self, in turn, now shuts down her sexuality and tells herself not to play.

The energy fields have been contracted, and semi-closed off. I’ve been telling the Universe, “No, I don’t want to play. I can’t. It’s not safe. I’ll get in trouble."

Templates of suppression have been running the show, rather than templates of self-expression, creativity, and expressed sexuality.

This goes so deep. The average person looking at me + my life, would laugh if I told them I’ve just realized how much my inner child is creatively repressed. They’d look at my home, how I dress, how much I create, how much I sing, and dance, no matter who’s watching and say… “You’re one of the most creative people I know, you are definitely not suppressed.”

But here’s the thing. Many of us are naturally WILDLY creative. Like off the charts. I’m one of those people.

And I’m so excited at all the codes and understandings, this is unraveling within me:

⚡ Inner child = creativity

⚡ The inner child holds the keys to sacred sexuality

⚡ Once the inner child is anchored and expressed in creativity and play, this creates the foundation for powerful sacred sexuality to be expressed as an adult

⚡ This sacred sexuality resonates with purity, primal energy, and full power

⚡ Inner child creativity + Sacred sexuality being allowed to flow free, allows the body to be healthy and energized

Yes… the issues I’ve been having with my body, I can now fully see are tied into creativity + sexuality!

And really, this makes so much sense. (Isis has been telling me this for months, but I needed a full bodied EXPERIENCE to really get this)



SO…. Here’s what I know:

🔥 Creativity + Sexuality are KEY building blocks of a powerful, happy life.

No wonder so many people are depressed and anxious.

🔥 Creativity + Sexuality are KEY building blocks for an abundant, wealthy life.

No wonder so many people struggle with money, and lack consciousness.

🔥 Creativity + Sexuality are KEY building blocks for fulfilling our soul’s missions.

No wonder so many people feel lost.

I’M SO EXCITED ABOUT THIS JOURNEY OF UNRAVELING!

Where do I go from here, you ask?
